What type of materials can I send to Steri?

Answer: We can accept any non-hazardous, environmentally friendly liquid materials.

Can I send oily, viscous or gummy materials for testing?

Answer: Yes. These fluids can be heated using heat exchangers, allowing us to handle a wide range of process parameters to accommodate challenging applications.

How much product do I need to get good results?

Answer: Generally, 55 gallons is satisfactory, but even as little 15 gallons can show how our filters can work for you.

Can I witness the test?

Answer: Of course! Our clients, and potential clients, may come visit us at any time.

How much does this cost?

Can my lab testing costs be applied to the purchase price of a filtration system?

Answer: Yes. Our lab testing is eligible for our “Try and Buy” Program. The testing costs can be used as a down payment on the overall purchase price of a full-scale filtration
system. In order to take advantage of this offer, your new system must be ordered within one year from the start of testing.

How long does the lab testing take?

Answer: Within three weeks of Steri receiving the sample product you can expect to have testing results and recommendations.

Does Steri offer pre-feasibility testing to determine which filtration technology works best for my application?

Answer: Yes. We use a small bench-top .0005m² ZWAG filter for our pre-feasibility testing. This setup enables us to conduct small-scale tests to identify the most suitable
filtration method for your specific needs. Plus, we offer this as a free trial!
